Hormone Boosting Foods

Did you know that the foods you eat can affect your hormones?

Today we’re going to introduce you to foods that positively impact estrogen and testosterone. These are foods that support estrogen and testosterone production. You would want to eat more of them if you’re trying to increase these levels and eat less if you want to decrease these hormones.

Why does this matter? It matters if you’re someone looking to build muscle, lean out, or balance your hormones. It also matters if you’re working through PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) where you’re making a point of lowering your testosterone while you boost estrogen. 

Estrogen boosting foods include:

Foods that boost Testosterone include:
