We have all of our athletes start HERE (Precision Nutrition). This will create a customized eating plan for you based off of you and your goals (choose athletic performance or body recomposition). From there we have 4 nutrition coaches in our private Facebook group who will help answer any questions!

18 Week Nutrition Course

This is a course that Coach Shawna runs with our 3 other nutrition coaches. Offered 3 times a year, it’s run as Nutrition Education + Habit and Behavior Change. You will learn all about macronutrients (carbs, protein, and fat) as well as how much of each you should be consuming for your goals, how to coordinate your nutrition around your training, and fun things like eating relative to your hormones.

Private Coaching

Looking for some one-on-one help? Work with one of our Nutrition Coaches! Learn how to fuel your body for your training, recover well between sessions, and gain a body composition that makes you feel amazing!

The cost is $219 per month.
