We have all of our athletes start HERE (Precision Nutrition). This will create a customized eating plan for you based off of you and your goals (choose athletic performance or body recomposition).

From there we have weekly Zoom Nutrition check in’s as well as cover any questions you have in our Facebook group!

18 Week Nutrition Course

This is a course that Coach Shawna runs with 3 other Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coaches. Offered every 6 weeks, it’s run as Nutrition Education + Habit and Behavior Change. You’ll learn about macronutrients (carbs, protein, and fat) as well as how much of each you should be consuming for your goals, how to coordinate your nutrition around your training, and fun things like eating relative to your hormones. Support and accountability is provided in a community forum through the Thinkific platform as well as through regular zoom sessions.
