The Program

Women in the sport of Functional Fitness have unique needs that general programming often does not address.

Competitive Female Training addresses these needs

The programming is comprehensive and designed for women who are desiring to become better at their sport. With 3 levels of programming to choose from, its accessible to most athletes.

This programming is also gymnastics heavy, as we have found most of our athletes struggle with this part of CrossFit. But don’t worry, you will still get to work on your Olympic lifting 2-3 days a week, as well as performing strength training, accessory work, and lot’s of conditioning.

The day’s training typically takes 60 minutes to 2 plus hours depending on the level you choose. Level 1 is generally the lowest volume, with level 3 taking 2-3 hours per day.

We offer warm up, prehab, mobility, the day’s training, as well as cooldowns. We also provide daily recommendations for how to coordinate your hormones around your training.

We have a Facebook group monitored by our Coaches for any and all of your training needs!
